Beautiful Padma River

A major trans-boundary river padma in Bangladesh. Which is the major distributary of the ganges originates from the Himalayas. Padma enters Bangladesh from india near Chapaniawabganj. It meets the jamuna near Aricha and his name, but finally meets with the meghna near Chandpur and flow of the Bay of Bengal before the name’Meghna’ was adopted.

4 to 8 km wide and 120 long padma.Most important Golandaghat-Chandpur steamer route is the river. Near tepakhola, 14 km from Goalandaghat, a small canal off the right arrow takes from faridpur. Fifty kilometers further down arrow to the right of the arial khan takes off. Fourteen kilometers further downstream on the river left bank lohajang it falls on, and kristangar branch off from the river in the opposite direction. Lauhajang, shosha naria canal and a few kilometers from the candal, joined up and retire from the right bank of the stream south of Madaripur Arial Khamya has fallen. Shoals and Char Padma, Meghna 5 km from the transfer sureshwar joined in a maze. Lower Meghna, Padma and Meghna rivers actually flow is a continuation of the joint.
