Ramsagar Dinajpur district, about 8 kilometers south of Dinajpur town, which is located at Tejpur. Do you think that it's a sea hearing the name, it is actually creating a huge pool of people.
The pond in the mid-1750s created a pond named after
Raja Ram Nath 'Ramsagar was named. "192.6 meters wide and 1,079 meters
long lake. The cost of the project is Rs 30,000 and nearly 1.5 million workers
took part in the project. The object of the project was to provide local
residents with safe drinking water.
Ramsagar the area around the lake is a popular
picnic spot for both locals and tourists. Tourism Corporation, near the lake,
such as some of the rest-room visitor facilities, has developed, in order to
enjoy a picnic spot. There is a small zoo where deer Sambar deer, Chital deer,
wild boar, Blue Bull, sloth bear and hyena like animals are kept for the
enjoyment of visitor.
